Opened at Tokyo Station in 2023
Clinnovation Medical Cooperation announced that the ‘Tokyo Station International Clinic,’ a clinic specializing in the medical needs of foreigners, opened on December 1st, 2023, at Tokyo Station Yaesu Exit. The clinic will be open every day from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. All staff members can communicate in English and Chinese. To meet the increasing medical needs of foreign residents and tourists, the clinic will have reception staff capable of handling English and Chinese at all times, even during appointments.
Supporting foreign patients
Over the past five years, the Tokyo Business Clinic Yaesu North Exit branch, another clinic operated by Clinnovation Medical Cooperation, has treated approximately 20,000 foreign patients. Building on this experience, they have decided to open this clinic to meet the growing demand for services catering to foreigners. The clinic is easily accessible to both foreign tourists and business professionals, as it is directly connected to Tokyo Station and just a 1-minute walk from the station.
Furthermore, to address the challenge of not knowing which department to visit, their website is fully English-compatible, providing easily understandable medical guidance for foreigners. Additionally, they have introduced the latest technology, including cashless payments, real-time wait time displays, and the ability to use Suica cards as medical examination cards.
