Preparation for installing on iPhone and Apple Watch

Steps for installing on iPhone
Please follow the instruction below or watch the video.
Open the Wallet app and tap “+” button.
Tap “Travel Card” on the “Add to Wallet” page.
Tap “Suica” on the “Travel Card” page, and tap “Continue”.
Please select the amount you want to add and note that the minimum you can add is 1,000 yen.
Agree to the membership terms and conditions.
#1 How to top up on iPhone
Please follow the instruction below or watch the video.
Open the Wallet app and tap Suica.
Tap “Add Money.”
Enter the amount you want to top up.
Select the payment card and use Face ID or Touch ID to complete the transaction.

Please follow the instruction below.
Open the Watch App on your iPhone, tap “Wallet&Apple Pay.”
Tap “Add Card”, and follow the instructions, and tap “Continue.”
Tap “Travel Card” and tap “Suica”

Please follow the instruction below.

How to use for everyday life
At Stations or Buses
You can simply use Mobile Suica by holding the upper part of your iPhone or Apple Watch over the IC reader. There’s no need to open the dedicated app or use Touch ID for authentication.
At Stores
The sticker below serves as a guide to stores where you can make payments using Suica. To make a payment, simply inform the counter staff that you’d like to pay using Mobile Suica, and then position the upper part of your iPhone or Apple Watch over the IC reader. There’s no requirement to open the dedicated app or utilize Touch ID for this process.
