When you step into the café you’ll be welcomed by an array of cakes. These scrumptious treats are sourced from the Musashikoyama patisserie “de bon coeur ” as mentioned earlier. One standout option is the 黒糖トースト (black sugar toast) which tends to sell out due, to its popularity. This thickly sliced toast with a sweetness from sugar is generously topped with melted butter and has a softness that makes it incredibly easy to enjoy despite its thickness.
