The Ritz-Carlton Okinawa's exclusive dinner

How about an exclusive dinner for this winter? The Ritz-Carlton, one of the luxury brands of Marriott International (Headquarters: Maryland, USA, CEO: Anthony Capuano), will host a special dinner event at The Ritz-Carlton Okinawa and The Ritz-Carlton Osaka. Bruno Menard, a chef who achieved three Michelin stars consecutively for three years from 2008, has been invited for this special occasion. Originally from Tours, France, Chef Bruno came to Japan from France in 1995. After opening his own restaurant, he honed his skills at The Ritz-Carlton Osaka and The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta. From 2005 to 2011, he served as the Executive Chef at the renowned Ginza restaurant ‘L’OSIER’. He later earned three Michelin stars in the Tokyo edition of the Michelin Guide. Inspired by the longstanding French tradition of “l’Art de Vivre” (the art of living), Chef Bruno supports the knowledge and heritage of French producers. He is currently gaining attention as a judge on the world-renowned cooking show “MasterChef Asia”.
