When you enter the first floor, you’ll find the Garden Lounge, which is adorned with beautiful Maria Theresa-style chandeliers, reminiscent of those found in European palaces. The lounge provides a stunning view of the lush garden through its large glass windows, filling the space with natural light. Its enchanting ambiance might make it easy to lose track of time.
Sweet Indulgence, Fresh Fruit Sandwiches at the Garden Lounge
You can enjoy various light meals such as sandwiches, as well as a variety of sweets like cakes and puddings. Additionally, there is an afternoon tea available featuring various themes according to the season. Until May 31, 2024, they are holding an afternoon tea event with the theme of “Strawberry Picnic,” where you can taste strawberry fruit salad, crepes, fruit sandwiches, and more. On this day, I ordered the popular fruit sandwich known at the Garden Lounge. It consisted of strawberries, kiwi, and papaya generously sandwiched between fluffy bread, with a mildly sweet cream added. When you eat it, the rich flavor of the fruits spreads first, complemented by the light sweetness of the cream, resulting in a very deep and delicious taste.
