利用規約
1. 適用範囲
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社belongingJAPAN（以下「当社」）が提供するウェブサイトおよび有料コンテンツサービス（記事、PDF、セミナー参加権など）を利用するすべてのユーザー（以下「ユーザー」）に適用されます。
2. サービス内容
当社は、日本の生活情報やハウツーガイドを提供し、Stripeを通じた有料コンテンツのオンライン購読やデジタル商品の提供を行います。
3. 会員登録
有料コンテンツの購入には、会員登録およびアカウント作成が必要な場合があります。ユーザーは登録情報に虚偽がないことを保証するものとします。
4. 支払い
支払いはStripeを通じて安全に処理されます。クレジットカード情報は当社サーバーに保存されません。返金やキャンセルは特定商取引法に基づき、デジタル商品は原則不可、セミナーは開催3日前までキャンセル可能（返金対応あり）、開催3日前以降のキャンセルは返金不可とします。
5. 禁止事項
ユーザーは以下の行為を行ってはなりません：
不正アクセス
コンテンツの無断転載、複製、配布
- セミナーの録画・録音・スクリーンショットの無断取得、および参加用URLの第三者への共有・転載
他者の権利侵害
法令違反行為
6. 知的財産権
本サイトおよびセミナーで提供される文章、画像、動画等の著作権は当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。無断使用は禁止です。
7. 免責事項
本サイトおよびセミナーで提供される情報は、一般的な情報提供を目的とするものであり、個別の税務・法務・投資に関する助言ではありません。個別の判断については、必要に応じて専門家にご相談ください。本サイトの情報利用による損害について、当社は一切責任を負いません。外部リンク先のサービス利用についてもユーザー自身の責任で行ってください。

2. Service Description
The Company provides information and how-to guides for life in Japan and offers paid content subscriptions and digital products online via Stripe.
3. Membership Registration
Purchasing paid content may require membership registration and account creation. Users guarantee that all registration information is accurate and truthful.
4. Payment
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. Credit card information is never stored on the Company’s servers. Refunds and cancellations follow the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions: digital products are generally non-refundable; seminars can be canceled up to three days before the event (refunds available), and cancellations within three days of the event are non-refundable.
5. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Unauthorized access
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of content
- Recording, capturing, or taking screenshots of seminars without permission, and sharing or reposting participation URLs with third parties
- Infringing on others’ rights
- Violating applicable laws and regulations
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All text, images, videos, and materials provided on this site and in seminars are the property of the Company or rightful rights holders. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
